Most companies do not understand the culture value in their own organization. I think you can’t have a successful business in the current globalization and ignore the culture transfer. Through my work experience I find this amazing, I can see the link between behaviour and the culture.

I have back from my trip to China where I also had MBA workshop. Situation in China is very similar to Poland 20 years ago, when the communism collapsed and new era of capitalism was born. China has capitalism in economy and communism in politics.

Realistically speaking I would say yes employees have tendency of breaking the IT security rules. The numbers which are showing why they are inclining to do that are the most adequate, I would say humans’ nature. |

Current meeting between China Vice-President Xi Jinping and Barack Obama held in Washington didn’t bring anything new. When I was a child the most recognised companies in photo industry were: Agfa and Kodak, it was before the digital camera came on board. I remember When I was buying the films to my camera I was following the criteria: price, quality and quantity of photos. In that time you were able to choose 21 or 36. I must admit I was never a fun of the Kodak due to the quality of photos although it was slightly cheaper than Agfa I preferred paying more for the output. However Kodak was more popular, because of accessibility, I could buy Kodak films everywhere and Agfa although it was really better you could buy them only in photo shops. |
